Get on the bid list
Your price. No haggling after.
Your number goes in once. We don't come back asking you to shave a nickel. If a buyer asks for a better rate, we tell you the request came from them, and the call is yours.
What you hear from us
Every request goes somewhere, and you hear where.
Every request is a real buyer's spec, volume and deadline. Not every one turns into an order, and when one doesn't, you hear that too.
Day 1
The request
Everything you need to price it: the pallet, the volume, where it goes or comes from, and the deadline. By email.
By the deadline
You bid
Usually a few business days, stated in the request. Your number goes in once.
After the bid
The outcome
You hear the outcome, win or lose.

Questions
Straight answers
Are you a broker?
We sit between the buyer and the yard, so plenty of people call it that. Here's what's different. We tell you what we add to your price: ask, and you get the number. Win or lose, you hear the outcome. We don't move an account away from a yard unless the customer asks us to. We call it category management.
How is this different from a lead list?
You don't pay to join, to bid or to win. Every request is a real buyer's job, sent to the yards in range, and win or lose, you hear the outcome. No portal, no login: each request comes by email.
Why is it free?
Two reasons. We don't guarantee you any work, so we don't charge you for the chance at it. And our system gets a buyer's request to every yard in range, and your answer back, almost instantly, so each request costs us very little. We earn our rate when a buyer takes a price, and the buyer pays it.
Where does my number go?
To us, then to the buyer. We add our rate on top and send one price. Your number is never cut to make room for ours, and you're paid what you bid.
Will you come back and ask me to go lower?
Not on our own. If the buyer asks for a better rate, we tell you it's the buyer asking, and the call is yours.
Will you share my price with other yards?
No. Individual bids are never shared with anyone.
If I lose, will you tell me why?
Yes. The reason, not the winning number: price, distance, capacity or spec. Other yards' numbers stay private, the same way yours does.
Who handles the paperwork?
We do: the confirmations, the BOLs and the follow-up. Our system does most of it, and a real person handles your account.
What do you need from me?
To join, just your email. That's it.
