• The price. One delivered price per line, freight and fees in, so every line compares side by side. Each one comes from the yard we'd put our name on: one that can make it, deliver it and hold the price. If a site can't be priced firmly, the bid says so.
• The award. You set us up once and sign one agreement. The independent yards near each site make and deliver the pallets, and each one is set up with us first, with its W-9 and insurance on file.
• The paperwork. From us, per order or once a month, whichever you prefer.
• The contact. The same person submits the bid and answers for it after award.

We keep track of every spec, every site and every schedule. Ask us anything about any of it, and you get an answer. Pallets belong on your dock, not on your desk.
