How we get paid
If you take the price, our rate is part of it: 5% plus $25 a load for a delivery, or 5% plus $40 a load for a pickup. If you don't take it, it costs you nothing.
Selling pallets too
Have cores or used pallets going out? Switch the form to selling. Same 60 seconds.

Will yards call me?
Not through us. Your contact details are never shared. The bids come back to us, and we check each one before anything comes to you.
If I don't take the price, will you keep emailing me?
No. You get your price, and one check-in to make sure it answered your question. After that you only hear from us if you ask. Tell us when your contract renews and we'll reach out before it's due.
What if my pallet isn't on the list?
Pick Other and describe it, buying or selling. If you have a spec sheet, reply to our email with it attached.
Is it a real price or an estimate?
Buying: a real delivered price from yards that bid on your request, with freight and every other charge in. Selling: a real price per core from the yards that bid. You're paid for the cores counted when the load is sorted at the yard. Photos help it come back tighter.
What happens if I say yes?
You order the way you do now, just through us, at our price. We run the rest end to end: the yard, the delivery, the paperwork and one invoice. One point of contact: us.
