For Vendors

Pallet buyers are searching your radius.
Be the one they call.

7,500+ pallet vendors are mapped on the Pallet Solutions Vendor Network -- across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. When a procurement team drops a ZIP, they get the vendors closest to their facilities, ranked by distance and listing tier. Make sure your listing is the one they call.

// Where we stand with you

The wall, from your side.

Pallet Solutions runs managed pallet sourcing AND publishes the vendor network buyers use to find vendors. That structural choice creates obvious questions for vendors -- about your data, your ranking, what your subscription actually buys. Here's how the architecture answers, on your side of the table.

  1. What you provide for verification doesn't get used against you. Most of the Enhanced check runs against public records (operating history, legal-entity status) and PS's own managed-program data (dispute history) -- not vendor-submitted data. What you do provide -- a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) and the capability detail captured on the onboarding call -- gets used to verify you and populate your listing. None of it surfaces in managed-engagement negotiations, gets leveraged in pricing conversations, or reaches buyers beyond the verification badge result.
  2. Managed-programs status doesn't change your ranking. When a buyer drops a ZIP, listings are ranked by distance and listing tier. Whether you're currently quoting into one of PS's managed engagements is not an input. The ranking is mechanical and reproducible by anyone running the same query.
  3. Yes, Enhanced is paid. No, it isn't paid placement. The $49.99/mo subscription funds the verification work -- the COI capture, the operating-history check against public records, the dispute-record review against our managed-program data, and the 15-minute onboarding call. Verification produces the badge. The badge produces the ranking benefit, because buyers see the verification before they decide who to call.

    What separates this from paid placement: anyone can pay $49.99, but if a vendor doesn't pass verification, the badge doesn't go live and the ranking benefit doesn't activate. Payment funds the process; verification gates the outcome.

    Why we built it this way: buyers wouldn't trust a directory where rank just meant "whoever paid most." And the verification work has to get paid for somehow. The structure is what makes the badge mean something to the procurement audience reading your listing -- which is what makes the ranking benefit worth having in the first place.
  4. You can decline managed-engagement quote requests. When PS sources for a managed engagement, we contact vendors who fit by distance and capability. Declining a specific quote request doesn't lose you your tier, your ranking, or your relationship with us. Capacity decisions are yours.
  5. Aggregate market signals are anonymized; your operation isn't. Regional demand intelligence and corridor-level capacity trends get published. Your individual pricing, quote history, and operational specifics stay private.
// How buyers find you

Three ways procurement teams reach a vendor here.

Vendors don't show up in the network because we list them. They show up because procurement teams are actively searching for the closest, most-verified vendors near their facilities. Here's how that traffic actually arrives at a listing.

// 01 -- Single ZIP search

A buyer drops a ZIP near you

Procurement teams sourcing for a single facility drop a ZIP and see every vendor within driving distance, ranked by distance and listing tier. They Pick 3 free contact reveals per visit. Higher-tier listings show first.

// 02 -- Multi-DC coverage map

A buyer uploads their full DC list

Multi-facility operators upload a CSV and see network-wide coverage with per-facility verdicts on density and gaps. Every facility produces its own shortlist. If your radius covers any of their facilities, your listing is in the shortlist for that one.

// 03 -- Managed-sourcing engagement

A buyer asks PS to run the program

When a buyer hires PS to run their managed pallet program, we go to the same vendor network you're in -- ranked the same way, by distance and capability fit. Enhanced verification status removes friction in the conversation we have with you.

// What we actually check

Four documentary checks, one onboarding call.

Enhanced isn't a self-attestation tier. The verification packet is what gets you above Listed and Claimed in buyer search results, and what makes the badge mean something to procurement audiences reviewing the listing before they call.

// 01

Active Certificate of Insurance (COI)

We capture your COI on file and confirm it's current. Procurement audiences require COI before they engage; pre-verifying you removes friction in the conversation that follows.

// 02

3+ years operating history under the same legal entity

Confirms you're not a recently-formed shell or a re-branded operation with disputes attached to a prior name. State and federal records make this easy to verify.

// 03

Clean dispute record over the last 12 months

Pulled from our own managed-program records and public dispute filings -- not from references you submit. Vendors with active disputes get held; vendors with resolved historical disputes and no recent issues get verified. The check is on the trailing 12 months, not lifetime.

// 04

15-minute onboarding call

Capability detail capture -- services, equipment, off-hours coverage -- plus service-radius confirmation and operation bio. Goes faster than it sounds. Schedule on your terms.

Renewal: verification is annual. We confirm COI is current and dispute record is clean each year. If anything material changes mid-year (legal entity, new disputes, COI lapses), we flag it and work with you to resolve before the badge changes -- collaborative, not adversarial.
// What you get out of it

Enhanced verification, in practical terms.

Verification is the mechanic. The badge is the output. Below is what the badge actually changes -- for the procurement team searching your radius, and for you, once the listing is live.

// 01

Top of search results in your radius.

At the same distance, the higher-tier listing shows first. When a procurement team drops a ZIP near you, your listing sits at the top of the shortlist. They scan from the top.

// 02

Full capability detail visible before they call.

Buyers can pre-qualify you without phone time. Services, specs, service radius, and operation bio all show on your listing. They learn whether you fit before they pick up the phone.

// 03

Verification badge procurement audiences recognize.

The badge tells the buyer "PS has run the documentary checks." For procurement teams running compliance-sensitive sourcing, that's a friction-killer -- the COI conversation, the operating-history check, the dispute review have all been done already.

// 04

Pre-qualified inbound leads.

Buyers calling Enhanced vendors have already self-filtered against your capabilities. You spend less time on the phone with mismatches and more time on calls that turn into orders. The listing does the qualification work upstream.

// How it works

Five steps. About one week, end to end.

Apply, talk, verify, live. No black-box approval -- you'll know where the application stands at every step, and you'll know what we're checking before we check it.

  1. Apply.

    2-minute application below. Company legal name, locations to enroll, primary services, contact for the onboarding call.

  2. We review the application.

    Same business day, usually. We confirm the legal entity exists, locations match public records, and the application is complete. If anything's missing we email back the same day.

  3. 15-minute onboarding call.

    Schedule when it works for you. We capture capability detail (services, equipment, off-hours coverage), service radius, and operation bio. You provide your COI -- upload it on the call, or send it to us right after.

  4. Verification.

    We run the four documentary checks on our end -- public records for operating history and legal entity, our own managed-program data for dispute history, and a confirmation pass on the COI you provided. Most vendors complete verification in 2-5 business days from the onboarding call.

  5. Your listing goes Enhanced.

    Badge live, top-of-radius ranking active, full capability detail visible. We email you the link to your live listing so you can review before any buyer sees it.

// Common questions

Before you apply.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Enhanced is a monthly subscription with no contract. Email us to cancel, effective at the end of the current billing month. Your listing reverts to Claimed (free) -- it doesn't disappear, it just loses the verification badge and ranking benefit.
What if my listing already exists as Listed?
Most do. The network was built from public records, so chances are your operation is already on the map at the Listed tier. Apply for Enhanced -- we merge the existing Listed entry with your application, no duplication, no re-creation.
Can I see my listing before buyers do?
Yes. After verification completes, we email you the link to your live listing for review. Anything off (a wrong service-radius reading, a missing piece of capability detail, a name that needs correcting), you flag it and we fix it before the listing surfaces in any buyer search.
Multi-location: do I need to fill out a separate application for each one?
No. Submit one application listing all your locations. We batch the onboarding calls (one per location, scheduled at your convenience) and run verification across the locations together. Multi-location operators in the volume-discount tier (5+) can email us first if they'd rather scope the agreement before applying.
What if I fail initial verification?
We tell you specifically what didn't pass -- a lapsed COI, an unresolved dispute, a legal-entity discrepancy -- and how to resolve it. You can resolve and re-apply with no penalty and no new application fee. The verification process isn't a black box; it's documented, and so is the path back if something doesn't clear the first time.
