Every bid is backed by our methodology and the federal sources behind it -- a reference, not just a number to trust.
Two fields, 30 seconds. We'll be in touch when your RFQ window opens. No follow-up calls until then.
When you include us on your RFQ, this is the process behind every number we send back. The work that happens before the quote ever lands in your bid sheet.
For every DC on your sheet, we pull vendor density, corridor-specific cost-input pressure, and regional signals. Diesel pressure in PADD 2 is not the same as PADD 5. Vendor density around a Memphis DC is not the same as around a Reno DC. The market analysis happens before the quote does.
Most analyses run quietly in the background and the number just lands. When something turns up that's worth your attention -- thin vendor capacity in a corridor, a fuel pressure spike, a known supply disruption -- you'll see it noted with the bid. Quiet by default. Vocal only when it's warranted.
For every facility on your sheet, we pull quotes from vendors near that DC. The per-pallet price reflects each facility's actual market -- aggregated, structured per pallet, tiered by grade and volume. Same pricing model behind every managed-program we run.
Every per-pallet price on your sheet ties back to the published methodology and the federal sources behind it. When finance or audit questions a line item, we have the data ready to answer.
Some facilities don't fit cleanly into a managed engagement. Remote locations, low-volume sites, specialty pallet types, corridors where local vendor density is thin. A managed program won't always cover every facility cleanly -- and forcing one isn't the right move.
Find a local vendor for the DCs that need one.
Below the bid sheet, here's how each part actually gets built. The methodology is public so procurement reviewers can verify every claim.
Federal cost-input series from BLS, EIA, and Census, composed weekly into PSCI v1.3 with a 30-day AI Forecast Layer projection. Plain-English read on what moved and what it means. Reproducible from public data. Ships every Tuesday at 10:00 AM ET, free.
Read this week's edition →Every vendor is mapped, distance-ranked, and tier-tagged. Enhanced means we've collected the documentation and met the team. So when you reach out direct, you know who you're calling -- not a cold name from a list.
Browse the network →Atlas takes your facility ZIPs, maps them to PADD regions, and weights PSCI inputs by your specific exposure. The optional AI Forecast Layer (TimesFM 2.5, 80% CI) projects each input 30 days forward. You see your network's cost picture, not a national average.
See Atlas →We don't need to be in every deal.
Multi-DC procurement teams need a methodology that survives finance review. We built one. We publish it. So when you defend an award six months from now, the trail still works -- whether you used us or not.
