Subscribers see the 30-day projection on every cost input for their subscribed regions, with 80% confidence interval. This is the operational signal procurement teams use for lock-or-wait decisions on Tuesday morning.

Northeast diesel climbed another 3.2% this week, the second weekly increase in a row. Colonial Pipeline (the Gulf-to-Northeast diesel artery) is in scheduled maintenance, which is the main driver. Watch a Wednesday cold front through Massachusetts and Connecticut that could delay regional truck schedules 12 to 24 hours.

Why this is priced like a data tool

Bloomberg Terminal $25,000/seat. FactSet $15,000/seat.

You can subscribe to Bloomberg and never place a trade. Atlas+ works the same way — you pay for the data, the methodology, and the audit-defensible exports, not the transactions. Pallet sourcing decisions still happen wherever you make them today, with whoever you make them with. Decoupled from Managed Programs by design.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I get when I subscribe?
An interactive HTML email each Tuesday after federal data drops. Each weekly edition includes PSCI™ headline plus week-over-week change, top movers across lumber, diesel, labor, and OCC, a 30-day forecast per subscribed region with 80% confidence band, per-facility breakdown for every DC you operate in those regions, plain-English alerts with source citations, and CSV plus PDF exports with Coupa or Ariba-ready schema. Each edition is a tokenized per-subscriber URL — forwardable to your CFO or auditor, archivable, no login required.
How does the per-region pricing actually work?
Atlas+ is $79 per region per month at the founding rate (locks through end of 2026), $99 per region per month standard after. The 8 PS regions are Northeast, Southeast, Great Lakes, Texas + South Central, Plains + Mountain, California, Pacific Northwest, and Canada (add-on). You subscribe to the regions your DC footprint actually operates in. A buyer with DCs in three regions pays for three; a buyer with national footprint across all 8 gets bundle pricing on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts, no termination fees. Annual pre-pay gets 2 months free. If you cancel, you keep the editions you have already received — the tokenized URLs stay live as your archive.
Does subscribing obligate us to use Managed Programs?
No. They are decoupled by design. We operate a neutrality wall between published intelligence and managed sourcing services. Your subscription data does not feed our managed-program team; our managed engagements do not influence the index methodology. If you do want managed sourcing, that is a separate path →
